Conveyancing Lead

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

A fantastic opportunity to join a quality led and thriving legal firm with a real family feel culture. You will be leading a team of 3 working on case files from start to finish for residential conveyancing.

You will be running a case load and managing the entire transaction, dealing with all day to day client enquiries and liaison as well as supporting the conveyancing assistant and administrator in your team. You will report into a qualified technical team leader but will have high levels of autonomy so will need to work under minimal supervision.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates MUST have experience of working in a conveyancing role and being responsible with high levels of autonomy.
You MUST have managed your own case load; team leader experience would be beneficial but not essential.
You MUST have good grammar and written English to construct letters
Customer service and relationships are number one on the list at this firm so you must have excellent levels of service and communication.

EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL!!

You will be drafting contracts on sales, liaising with solicitors by phone and letter and taking direction from the lead conveyancing assistant on all matters pre completion

We are currently representing a market leader in their field, who, due to expansion are recruiting for an experienced Space Planner. This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to join a corporate, dynamic company who are building on growth.
