    YOUR NEW JOB..

    You will be a strong communicator with excellent copywriting experience.
    You will be a creative thinker, with innovative ideas on how to push marketing and communications forward
    You will display excellent digital experience and have a good knowledge of social media.
    You will need to be able to communicate and work with colleagues from all offices and be comfortable to give suggestions as well as challenge requests and suggestions given by colleagues.

    Duties of the new role will include:

    To assist and support all internal communications activities including sourcing, creating and copywriting of news articles
    To develop and enforce brand templates, ensuring consistency throughout the company and all regional offices
    To review all online presence/platforms regularly (website, social media, etc) ensuring content is up to date
    To increase brand awareness through PR campaigns
    To produce innovative and cost effective campaigns (internal and external communications) both in print and online.
    You will assist in the planning, promotion and delivery of corporate events.
    You will support proposals, bids and tenders by providing relevant marketing material.

    The salary on offer will be c. £24,000 to £28,000 dependant upon experience.

    YOUR NEW JOB….

    • To oversee the HR Administration team, ensuring all administration is carried out in a timely and efficient manner
    • To lead, support and advise the HR admin team
    • Carrying out performance reviews
    • Ensuring all correspondence leaving the department is accurate and up to date
    • Develop and train the HR administrators
    • Maintain the HR database
    • Ensure that any issues and team queries are passed on to the Human Resources Leaders in a prompt and efficient manner
    • Review and analyse the administration processes along with the rest of HR team
    • Streamlining admin processes where necessary to continually improve the service given by the Human Resources department
    • Develop, update and maintain an administration documents and manuals
    • Producing quarterly reports on HR data
    • Reviewing, updating and improving on the forms used by the department, ensuring they are electronic and user friendly
    • Ensuring all KPIs are met and any shortfalls are addressed
    • Providing training support to the Human Resources administration team

    The successful candidate will be experienced in an HR Admin role and have some leadership experience. You will be eloquent, with excellent communication skills and mentoring skills. You will have a professional and positive manner and will be enthusiastic and motivated and will want to go the extra mile to make sure of the best outcome for any HR project you undertake.

    This is a new role – full time and permanent, working closely with the HR Manager to source high quality candidates for roles across the whole business. You will also be involved in a wide variety of HR activities so a keen interest in HR is required.

    The role will involve:

    Reviewing CVs confidently against job specifications/frameworks
    Conducting telephone and face to face interviews
    Scheduling interviews and liaising with recruiters
    Writing and placing job adverts
    Producing role profiles
    Developing a pool of potential candidates
    Developing recruitment related content to engage with candidates
    Exit interviews
    Dealing with basic HR queries e.g. Holiday and absence, escalating anything else to the HR Manager.
    Support HR Manager in disciplinary/conduct/performance issues e.g. Minute taking.
    Monitoring and auditing personnel files

    You will have:

    The ideal applicant would have a background in HR and would be accustomed to dealing with basic HR enquiries and providing administrative support to an HR Team. Experience using HR software would be advantageous.
