We are currently supporting our client, a principal West Yorkshire employer, with the recruitment of a Part Time HR Advisor.
This role is to start as soon as possible and will last up to 12 months. Hours to be confirmed.
Candidates must have HR Advisory experience and be CIPD qualified to Graduate Level (Level 7 or Advanced) or hold an equivalent qualification, candidates may also be qualified by experience.
Your responsibility will be to provide HR and employment advise to Colleagues in what can be complex and diverse situations.
Duties will include:
- Provide consistent HR advice on a comprehensive range of HR employment matters
- To proactively champion continuous improvement in the monitoring and management of sickness and performance management
- To support the HR Manager with day to day activities
- To develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues
- Remain up to date on employment practices and new legislation and provide advise on the effects to Stakeholders

Work will be carried out using the telephone, although some face to face contact with the client may be necessary.
We are looking for Telemarketers/Lead Generators to join our small but successful and expanding business. We are looking for people who enjoy working as part of team in a competitive but friendly environment.
Ideally you will have a good business background and a proven track record in telemarketing/lead generating.
However if you do not have this background and are interested in developing a career within this industry then we would still consider you for the role as we feel personal attributes and attitude are as important as previous experience.
You would just need to show that you have sound business acumen and a positive attitude, a strong working ethic with a professional telephone manner.
