They are now looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller to join the team on a part time basis. Reporting to the Finance Director your duties will include;

    Your New Role

    Responsibility for chasing all debtors
    Monthly preparation of the direct debit run and allocation of payments to Sage
    Allocation/Posting of cash received
    Taking Payments by credit card and inter account journals
    Reconciliation of statements
    Setting up direct debits and keeping system up to date
    Setting up new debtor accounts on Sage
    General day to day correspondence

    You will have a background in credit control with a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail. This role is being offered on a part time basis and there is flexibility as to the hours worked. Salary guide £18000 pro rata

    The Role

    You will provide expert level billing of telecoms services for their external client base. Reporting to the MD you will be responsible for end user billing, receiving and reconciling supplier data and managing the billing system. Duties will include;

    To manage the key functions of the billing system
    To implement and maintain the tariffs onto the billing platform and ensure all services are billed accurately
    Reconcile supplier invoices and billing data
    Manage supplier relationship in respect of billing and account queries
    Checking for any anomalies
    In conjunction with the Accounts team, dealing with any invoice queries from customers
    Check invoices received into the business for accuracy

    The role will be working within a busy Administration department providing high quality support for both internal stakeholders, clients and customers across the globe.

    Key duties will involve -

    • Acting as first point of contact for enquiries relating to consultancy and subscription, dealing with telephone, website and email enquiries
    • Managing the enquiry mailboxes, escalating to colleagues as appropriate
    • Supporting the management of sales pipeline data and accurate reporting
    • Supporting the costing of new contracts and securing quotes for travel and expenses
    • Booking global travel and accommodation and overseas visits
    • Providing administrative support and diary management for the Head and Associate Head of Global Partnerships

The Finance Department has over 60 members of staff and cover 4 main activity areas of Management Accounting, Accounting Services, Finance Shared Services & Procurement.

    Your New Role

    The Capital Accountant roles provides a key input to good investment appraisal and decision making for the organisation. Duties will include;

    Coordinate the budgeting, forecasting and medium term planning activities of the capital programme including income & expenditure elements
    Provide support and guidance on the Capital procedures to non finance personnel
    Monitor capital expenditure and capital grant budgets, liaising on a monthly basis with key stakeholders to review project progress
    Provide timely & accurate monthly cash flow schedules for actual and forecast capital expenditure and capital grants for treasury purposes
    Provide quarterly forecasts for depreciation
    Maintain the fixed asset register
    Prepare financial reports on capital expenditure and associated capital grants

    YOUR NEW ROLE….

    The role will be based within the Supply Chain Team and it will involve the provision of forecasting and supply planning support for a portfolio of finished goods, maintaining optimal availability and identifying opportunity for improving stocked efficiencies across the portfolio. Reporting to the Regional Supply Chain Manager on product performance. This is an ideal opportunity for a Junior Planner with statistical forecasting experience looking for a progressive and challenging career within an active and growing online retail environment.

    • Review monthly forecast errors and apply corrective measures to avoid stock out/overstock.
    • Ensure an appropriate statistical model and parameters are applied to increase forecast accuracy across the portfolio.
    • Manage a portfolio of products and analyse global demand history for each SKU using a statistical demand and supply planning system called Futurmaster.
    • Liaise with marketing team to ensure that all stock requirements for the various planned promotions are captured accurately, in accordance with production and delivery lead time.
    • Identify opportunities for multi-site stock optimisation.
    • Monitor stock and open orders to address any shortfalls with alternative supply.
    • Proactively monitor products to identify priorities of critical items to ensure a high level of customer service, whilst actively preventing stock obsolescence.
    • Raise Supplier Purchase orders and Intersite Transfers with accurate and efficient data entry.
    • Develops and executes purchase plans at least cost to capitalise on margin saving.
