- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Ensure correct operation of divisional marketing and administration systems
The ideal candidate must have marketing experience. Excellent IT skills and a good telephone manner.
Salary £15,000
Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5pm

This role is part-time working 20 hours a week, Friday will be required although hours are flexible.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
A client based in south Leeds is looking to recruit a Junior Accounts Assistant to join a small and established team.
The main duties:
Daily bank reconciliations for five bank accounts (sterling and foreign currency) between the cash book and bank statements and between the nominal ledger and cash book.
Preparation of monthly HM Customs & Excise Intrastat returns
Preparation of ad hoc subsidy claims to suppliers
Credit control for one division 6 major accounts including foreign currency transactions.
Various expense accounts analysis as required by the Accounts & Administration manager
The ideal candidate:
Experience in bank reconciliations and general accounting within a medium sized company environment
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Experience of sales ledger reconciliation
Ability to assist in processing purchase invoices as and when required in periods of high volumes of transactions or to cover for holidays or sickness.
