This is an exciting opportunity working for a company based in York. This role will be responsible for project admin support, including facilitating and co-ordinating meetings and project actions.
- Creating and implementing complex project plans
- Support in change management, risk and issue management
- Management of project actions and the production of MI and reports
- Monitoring documentation, plans and compliance to the project framework
- Monitoring the budget of each project
- Drive forward the adoption of the Project Framework
The ideal person would have experience of working as a Project Support Officer along with Prince 2 foundation qualification and a good knowledge of Microsoft.
Salary £20,376 + benefits

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This leading Chemical manufacturing business based South of Leeds have a fantastic opportunity for 2 Purchase Ledger Clerks to join their small but hardworking team. Reporting into the Purchase Ledger Manager one of the roles will be on a temporary basis the other on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for:
-Maintain the integrity of the allocated part of the purchase ledger and therefore an accurate statement of the companys liabilities
-Process invoices and credit notes to enable payments to be made in accordance with supplier terms
-Set up new supplier accounts
-Monitor the purchase ledger system and take appropriate action
-Resolve supplier invoice queries and apply to suppliers for credit
-Respond to supplier overdue letters
-Reconcile monthly supplier statements
-Assist with payment runs
-Manage weekly logged invoices reports and process all documents by month end
-Employee expenses
REQUIREMENTS:
They are looking for someone with excellent hands on Purchase Ledger experience ideally coming from a high volume environment
