Our client is looking to recruit an efficient and enthusiastic Administrator, to be responsible for all aspects of administration and support the Manager. You will make a positive contribution to the smooth running of reception and all internal/ external customers.
- Opening and closing up of the reception area
- First point of contact for all visitors
- Deal promptly with incoming calls
- Organise contractors as required to deal with repairs
- Organise in-house events and entertainments
- Work closely with accounts
- Assist with licence agreements & marketing
The ideal candidate will have previous office administration/customer service experience. A good knowledge of Microsoft and time management.
Salary £ 17,000 – £19,000 depending on experience

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
A client based in Wakefield is looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to learn more about accounts and develop a career in this field. Although some working experience within an accounts department would be beneficial, it is not essential.
REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills and be confident to communicate with people at all levels. A strong work ethic and a ‘can do’ attitude are a must to be successful in this role.
