My client is looking to recruit an account manager to develop cold and new business from a client database of lapsed and historically users. You will be targeted on 25 calls a day to develop your market and increase margins. You will be building relationships and visiting your clients to maximise business opportunities, tracking work, issuing jobs to contractors and dealing with all client enquiries relating to your their orders.

  REQUIREMENTS:

  - Full manual driving license and a max of 6 points

  My client offers all new account managers a car and mobile phone upon starting and an attractive commission structure. In the first 12 months the realistic OTE is £25K but the bonus is uncapped for high achievers. The top account managers are earning in excess of £60K.   POSITION DESCRIPTION:
  My client, a forward thinking NHS trust based in West Yorkshire, are looking to recruit an experienced strategic Accountant into a Head Of Financial Management role. This is initially an interim role that will provide effective leadership across the financial management function and will head up a team of 11 staff.

  The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, quality and timeliness of financial reporting, including monthly management accounts, Board statements and performance dashboards. Key areas of responsibility will include leading the financial performance framework across Service Networks and Non-Clinical Directorates; including critical review and challenge of proposals to deliver Efficiency Savings, as well as overseeing in-year performance against agreed plans and providing assurance . The Head of FM will play a critical role in the annual financial planning process and will plan and co-ordinate detailed budget setting methodologies and processes.

  REQUIREMENTS:
  The candidate must be CCAB qualified, with 5 years post qualification experience at a senior level within the NHS and will have experience of developing robust I & E forecasts and delivering financial recovery plans.

  Proven experience of transforming financial reporting systems and co-ordinating accurate financial management information to timescales is essential. Experience of presenting complex issues to wide & non-financial audiences.

  Must have well-developed written and verbal communication skills and be highly articulate, numerate and computer literate. They must be able to communicate complex financial data and information to non-finance managers, with the necessary confidence to offer financial input at Board committee-level meetings.
