Abigail Simpson – Managing Director

As Managing Director Abigail ensures that the company maintains its aim to offer a true consultancy approach and a high quality of service through professionalism and individual pride. Abigail is a Business Management graduate with an exceptional track record within the recruitment industry. She has worked for Charterhouse since 2000 and has experience at many levels within the organisation. After several years as a leading Senior Consultant she successfully launched the company's York office. This office is now a major player in the region and was recently expanded when she led the acquisition of Opus Appointments Ltd. Her plans to open a Hull office were achieved in 2007 and this office is already expanding to offer the full Charterhouse range of services. The next project is to open the Sheffield Office within 2009. Throughout this growth she remains true to her commitment to forging long term relationships with Clients, Applicants and Employees through Quality, Flexibility and Honesty.

A Business Finance Graduate with over 10 years in the accountancy recruitment industry, Kath is a founder member of Charterhouse Recruitment and has played a key role in establishing the success of the business from start up to £3 million turnover operation. With over ten years experience specialising in accountancy recruitment, Kath has a highly reputable name in the Yorkshire market.
