POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Working as part of our Hull team, you will have responsibility for managing and developing new client relationships; and managing the full process of recruitment for your clients, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to managing the recruitment process and aftercare. You will be expected to deliver on weekly and monthly objectives, but will be given autonomy within these to develop your own style. We are dealing with both temporary and permanent recruitment at a variety of levels from accounts assistant to FD. 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Previous experience in a recruitment or business to business sales role is essential for the consultant role. You will need first class communication and presentation skills, and to be tactful and diplomatic in dealing with the expectations of clients and candidates. You will also need a good level of IT Skills. Since travelling to meet clients and candidates is a essential part of the role, you will ideally have a full driving licence.
