Competency Based Assessment
Competency based assessment is a service we offer clients who choose to work will us as part of a retained recruitment campaign. The objective of this type of assessment is to gather examples of behaviour via the interview process that relates to the criteria required for success in a given role. It is an effective tool which focuses on what the candidate has done rather than theory and hypotheses.
Assessment Centres
We can work either with your existing Human Resources Department or independently to design a relevant and workable assessment centre. From a full job analysis, we can identify the key competencies required for maximising job performance and then design the centre around these competencies and your overall business objectives.
Personality Profiling & Psychometric Testing
We offer aptitude and behavioural assessment from Thomas International as part of a retained client campaign or they can be charged on a per candidate basis. These tests analyse people's behavioural style at work, identify their strengths and limitations and help measure their mental agility. They have many applications above and beyond purely recruitment and retention including, personal and organisational development, succession planning, coaching, team building, career planning, appraisal and training.
