After an initial discussion with your consultant by phone, you will then be invited into your local office for an interview. This is an essential part of the process to ensure that we are able to get you the right job first time. Please bring your CV, a valid passport and any work visa documentation you require. If you are seeking temporary work please also bring a copy of your bank details and p45.
Before the interview you will be asked to complete some company registration forms.
We do try and assess all of our candidates IT skills so be prepared to take a short test which is chosen based on your own individual skill set. Accountants are usually tested on MS Excel at basic, intermediate and advanced stage whilst secretaries are tested on typing and MS Word skills.
The interview will involve a face to face meeting with your consultant during which they will assess your technical capabilities but also get to know you as an individual. They will listen and understand your requirements and be there to offer careers advice and market information.
We don't just find you a new role and then never speak to you again! For the 12 weeks following your placement we will maintain regular contact with you to ensure that you are happy and settled in your new position. This is often a critical time when concerns or issues arise where we can provide beneficial impartial advice.
