What I liked about Tania was the fact that initially she spent time talking to me just to understand the role before she started to discuss the types of candidates I was looking for. By doing this she was able to make suggestions about the skills the right candidate should have and even came up with types of people I perhaps would not have thought about seeing. When she sent CVs for me to review she had clearly listened to my brief which is so important and was keen to get my thoughts on whether they were suitable.
