YOUR NEW JOB…
Coordinate payroll data provided to our outsourced payroll provider
Coordinate the administration of new starters, leavers and changes to payroll data
Develop and maintain a working knowledge of Company Policies and Procedures
Ensure that electronic payroll records are processed and maintained in accordance with legislative requirements
Maintain payroll information by designing systems; directing the collection, calculation and entering of data
Maintain payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures
Processing payroll changes
Calculating and paying monthly PAYE and NI liabilities
Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential
Compliance with GDPR
Maintenance of the company expenses system including the completion of Directors expenses
The right person should have experience in payroll and hold a relevant qualification or be qualified by experience. They should also be able to work on their own initiative, have excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail.
WHATS ON OFFER…
£22,500-£25,000 per annum
